Lag because of the RAM is small despite it has a sigle core 1.4ghz processor faster than S2 dual core processor. If you get S2, you won't see the lag.

Could it be because of no ICS upgrade they sell off right now since value still high? and probably switch to xperia ray to get ICS

OR... because all the secondhand units are from DiGi or Umobile since they can get W so cheap from them, they just want data lolx....

i'm not sure yours can work or not, for me, i use my previous Samsung phone, Wave, it's in-ear earphone, but it does not work properly with W. Like you said,, the sound not properly emit.

Tons of antivirus in the android market... i prefer AVG hehe... or Avast.

when first time use android phone, i found anti virus in the market i was like wtf, android need antivirus meh like mini computer loxl... but ios no need anti virus

From my previous experience, i always did like that to my current 1.5 years Wave, now its battery already gone 'insane'... when the phone's battery level reached 50% like that, i try restart the phone, it straight fall to red level (10% left like that) so i have to recharge it. But if the phone battery only 60% left, restart it, no problem, still can get back to 60%. Is it battery spoilt already?
