Anyone can help why my laptop cant detect my phone USB storage? I have already enable USB debugging mode. My deskstop(wins Vista) can detect but my laptop( wins 7) cannot detect..

You mean recovery mode? Off your phone. Then Hold Home + Vol up + Power button. When it starts up, hold only Vol up+Home button.

Funny, I don't have to enabled debugging mode to get my W connected to my desktop. It get connected automatically (takes few seconds but sometimes it takes longer). From my observation, it take longer if it can't find the usb drivers. If my desktop is online, usb connection will be faster. Dun know why it still search for the drivers everytime plugging the usb cable.

U need to install samsung USB driver 1st by installing KIES or downloading the samsung driver from XDA.. smile.gif

I would like to ask, what's the solution to the following problems:
- Constant auto reboot
- Lag

p/s: that's the complaint that I heard from my relative, its not my phone so I can't do some experiment on it.

OS: Unrooted Stock ROM(unknown version)

Will rooting it and changing it to use other ROM solve the problem? or there's a patch for it? or there's no solution for it yet?
