I'm interested in Nook Simple Touch. How to claim warranty from B&N? Is it like the warranty process for the Kindle where B&N will reimburse the shipping charges? Do you provide a service for that?

If it has any problem,I will reject it to US and get a replacement for you.
Not Amazon,Nor Barnes & Noble reimburse the shipping charges (They only do it in some specific situation).
Thanks

Where do you get your stock from? You're the only Nook seller in Malaysia. I saw you bought one Nook from eBay.

Can I have an actual photo of your stock? You posted a photo of your Kindle Fire that you wanted to sell.

Are you still studying? How many times will you bear RM 20 of the shipping cost haha? Do items get lost in the mail?

Have you used the Nook yourself? Have you rooted it before? (Don't worry I will do my own rooting.)

Sorry I have so many questions. It's because the risk of buying a Nook due to warranty is higher compared to buying Kindles which have so much support in Malaysia.

I buy My stocks from USA.I haven't bought any Nook from Ebay.I sell it in ebay!
All items that i sell are brand new and sealed.(so they are not rooted and used at all!!!!!!!!!).
For your consideration,By rooting the device you wont have warranty anymore (its a rule for all Brands , all over the world).
I don't see any difference between Nook and Kindle in terms of support.
Thanks

You're being evasive.

In your eBay profile, there's a seller feedback from barnesandnobleinc.

No I am asking whether you have rooted it yourself before. Neither am I asking you to root or God forbid, suggest that you have tampered with it. I understand the risk of rooting.

Because you're one person doing this. There are lots of people selling Kindle and thus have more support. E.g. I could ask another seller whether they can help me claim warranty, provided I bear the charges.

About claiming the warranty,do not worry.I will do it for all of my customers,As long as it is accepted by the warranty terms .
I haven't done the rooting for my Nook.but I will do my best to help you.
Thanks
