Headsup.. personally I think this (if the lens are up to good standards) could prove to be awesome for e-mount

Headsup...
Sigma 30mm f2.8 reviewed di.. though its the m43 mount. http://www.superflexible.com/photography/sigma30mm.htm Worrying thing is that there's corner softness on m43 could very well mean worse for larger e-mount |

QUOTE(axii @ May 2 2012, 05:00 PM) ![]() 35/0.95 SLRMagic for NEX... but for the love of all things beautiful, I cannot imagine attaching a gold lens to the camera. Image samples at xitek: http://forum.xitek.com/forum-viewthread-ti...1335492994.html |

QUOTE(axii @ May 2 2012, 10:35 PM) Well, when it comes to F0.95, it's no longer a question of being practical. Look at that damn thing; I'm GOLD IN COLOR b****ES, 0.95 LIGHT RAYS EVERYWHERE. Between silver n gold.. I'll go with the gold ( thats if i have a nex ar rhe first place But actually, there is also a silver render in the link. I hope that's the final color, not this one... |

QUOTE(shinchan^^ @ May 21 2012, 02:29 PM) F3 boh touch panel lo.QUOTE(Valentino46 @ May 21 2012, 04:13 PM) if they release an f3 with hotshoe i think will be even bigger hit Naw... sony memang anti traditional hotshoes wan.. so don't count on that.the price of nex-7 is holding me and many back i believe,i just need a 5n or f3 with hotshoe,i hope the f5 will be exactly that its stupid that sony implement that acc port, they hav to design some whole new stuff for it instead of leverage what they have ie the existing line of alpha flash gun, panasonic and olympus acc port idea is much better On the other hand... ur old archnemesis Canon rumored to be releasing a mirrorless soon. |

QUOTE(Valentino46 @ May 22 2012, 02:58 PM) yeah seen that rumors float around recently, but big chance they'll be using the same sensor format as g1x,which is closer to m43 than aps-c True... but:if they really go that way sony and fuji still has the largest sensor, that makes them the big brother in mirrorless camera - Sony's more focused towards grabbing PnS convert hence their body/lens strategy. - Fuji... *sigh*... so much potential but tak boleh harap wan. EVERY one of their premium product also got major deal breaker So only left Canon haven't show hand. There's rumor that Canon will be launching a EF-S 40mm f2.8 pancake (why pancake if its not for mirrorless)... a little slow (ya.. 2.8 is not fast) but if that's true... means got chance that the mirrorless will take the EF-S/EF mount. My concern for the rumored canon are: - it could turn out fugly like the Pentax - Canon's atrociously slow CDAF |

Hard to say also.... Just because enthusiast rave about it doesnt necessarily mean Sony will see it the same. I'm pretty sure they sell alot more 3 & 5's then the 7. I havent really seen anyone using the 7 in public yet.

QUOTE(toughnut @ May 25 2012, 10:05 PM) rumor has it the upcoming G lenses is powerzoom 12-50mm f3.5-5.6 pancake. if its true, seem like a weird move by sony UNLESS its really sharp if its really sharp, imho sony will have the winner in hand with the new G powerzoom + NEX 7 combo SAR QUOTE(jimmyyap03 @ May 26 2012, 12:26 AM) Its marketed as a G lens.....even Panasonic's crappy one also expensive for essentially a kitlens. |
