QUOTE(jimmyyap03 @ Apr 27 2012, 09:14 AM) Hi Kent, I did noticed that Samyang fisheye lens, how will it compare with sel16f28? Will it perform better fisheye effect?cheaper? Hi Jimmyyap03well the Samyang fisheye lens is much more sharp than the SEL16f28 with the fisheye converted. One of the best feature of this lens is that if you frame a person around the corner of the lens it won't give you the enlonged version of it! e.g. here ![]() Being a super wide n fish eyes, focusing won't be an issue eventhough it is a manual lens. |

QUOTE(kry183 @ Oct 10 2012, 01:16 AM) Bro u using Samyang or Rokinon?? samyang and rokinon are the same. over here in asia is call samyang and in the States if I am not mistaken is call rokinon.Mind to share where u buy and the price?? might want to test power see see I think the price list for the Samyang 8mm f/2.8 E-mount is RM1150. U can get this in Studio Zaloon in Pudu Plaza KL or can try fotogears.com happy buying!! |
