image-wise plus minus the same, how bout focusing speed?

thats the most im worry about coz my hand is not tough as steel, just thinking that i must use fast shutter speed to avoid blur image with 80-200, if i can i dont want to burn all my money to buy vr1/vr2 just for VR thing..

i don think 4.4k vs 6.9k is a few bucks.... 

for focus speed the new "re-released" AF-D version is still slower than the VR2 but not by much...

if gonna shoot at  low light @ 200mm... i guess VR2 is the obvious choice unless wanna carry a tripod around...

4 me personally, prefer the VR2... slowly saving up now 

haha a few bucks + a few bucks + a few bucks = bunch of few bucks = can get the VRII 

do you use 3d tracking all the time ?

i've tried the 3d tracking in d700, what I says its so-so, not that nice,
but the upcoming in D4 one is awesome, and its smarter than the current generation one 

3d tracking is very good if your background is uniform with single color, it will auto track the moving object within the 51 af points.

how much is the 16-35mm now? below RM3500?

for raw, thats as good as it gets.
for jpg, expodisc / expocap.

of cos, good things arent cheap

wta, what filter should i get if i dun wan flare,glare, vignetting and when shoot water, it will not cause a reflection from sun?
