agreed that their quality n after sales service is very poor. Bought puncak bertam phase 2. Too much defect! Still going thru defect claim even after staying here almost 1 yr

It is a recurring issues on the roof.kept on leaking.
already warn them that i will take to housebuyers tribunal if not settle this month
