QUOTE(hellokitty82 @ Apr 18 2012, 03:26 PM) dear leeyung...nice nice carpet grass and the stepping stone!! Not necessary to void the warranty if owner done the reno, if the defect not caused by the reno at the first place, they still need to take responsibility to overcome the problem. For example if you start hack your wiring d then u only found out the roof is leaking in which is not caused by the wiring work, so they still have to work for that one i also plan to have carpet grass for my small little garden at my car porch and backyard. mind PM me your price and contact? hehehe..thanks a lot keii-kun.... after one year and after moved in..they still cover the warranty? i have been told once i start my renovation, all warranty will be void! is it true or not or they just to scare scare me huh??
