okay, ty. so basically its good for the grass root growth?

Yes, with sands, the grass can propagate its root faster n reduce the risk of die

woah ur base so flat...did you do compaction ??
some say when the carpet grass grow, it will become hollow in middle between grass and root then snakes will hide there, is it true ? btw, my contractor used top soil for my cow grass is it ok ?
Yupe, compaction is done as in the photo, there is a compaction machine

Not true for the hollow thing as for my case, if you compact enough for the sand n soil, this will not happen, regarding the hide of snake, i didnt see any sufficient space for it, for insects no matter what grass you plant, they still hide one

Cow grass need frequent maintenance wor..Btw top soil for cow grass is good
if compared to carpet, cowgrass growth rate super fast n require high maintenance but good thing is, cow grass's life very strong, can survive in bad condition n required lesser watering, but I dont like bcuz it doesnt look grand
