Have both and its quite unfair to compare them side to side considering the price point. per my pov, choose sony if u like the sound signature (fulfilling bass and mid and more surround) or dpx1 for their balance output (u can read more on the internet, not a fan of their single output).

Depending on ur budget, u can either go for se215, 846, sennheiser ie80(theres a new model coming out), and for ciem i will recommend ue studio remastered edition (might be the wrong name). the possibility is endless and i would recommend trying them before emptying ur wallet thou as different ppl has different preference of music.. im inclined towards lush, full and airy mid.
