Btw, if possible, I don't want to line out to external amp liao. very bulky and high cost. thinking of getting a super portable player. Not sure go which way. HM801, or C4, or DX100, or i dono... Primary mission: Drive IEM or portable headphones. Full size reserved to home desktop.

=not necessary big brands
=interchangeable batteries
=expandable memory
=monochrome is more than enough
=budget of RM 150~200 max
=considered previous gen type of players

Been through sandisk, trancend, sony, creative but just can't find what i want.
I'm just not really fond of build-in battery in modern music players.

Reading review on the DX50 is like self poisoning, so strong that is so hard to resist especially people over head fi praising on the SQ. I doesn't have a good equipments to begin with, currently only a pair of CX500 and SE215, along with a martini+ that I just could not resist the offer. If you were in my shoes, would you get a DX50 or just Sansa Clip+ and called it a day? The journey you guys been through definitely not a cheap one IMO.

Should I just go for AK120 ? rather than getting AK100 and Pandora?
