I am a blogger and some international companies have sent me PR samples (cosmetics), I have received 4 out of (almost) 15 parcels and never received the rest of them. Can you tell me how can I know if they are stuck at customs? I have been waiting for them for over 2 months now. They don't have tracking numbers as they were PR samples.
