Added on July 2, 2012, 3:04 amwell okay. i will address few of the problems we've been facing lately. i wont hold my thoughts, or choose my words for like untuk jaga hati korang ke apa.

first, many seems to be forgotten, that this is a BEGINNERS or leisure session.

its aim is to work out and have fun, and at the same time acts as a platform for us kaki bangku's to improve.

i dont mind if u guys are real good and want to join the session, but please fukcing pass the ball around. you don't come here, and play on your own, else go play by yourself la

if you notice, there's a lot of beginners beginning to drop the session.
sifha, coolkidz, reactivo, daniel just to name a few
as long as you pass around and pass to all of your teammates and not being choosy ("oh i dunwan to pass to that guy. he will lose the ball, let me pass to the other guy instead") then its okay. i actually enjoy playing with orang lagi terer,cause i feel like its a challenge for me but even when you're surrounded with 2-3 guys and u still want to dribble, go fark off la weh.

i personally,seriously don't mind if u want to ole me or make fun of me, but not all other guy actually feels good about it. few guys have complained to me saying they feel ashamed, or like being mocked when some of u does that.

SECOND!

this is a leisure game, no need to fcking push people around, hard tackling others or excessive body contacts. if people fall down, your fault or his own, go offer him help and say sorry. ask them whether they are okay or not.out of a goodwill gesture and sportsmanship. if you think this is not doable, then go enter a goddamn tournament.

THIRD!

i dont care whether there's new guy joining, and cramping up the list. MINGLE with everyone be it new or old. there's no shit as ahh oldfag newfag. we all here to make friends, not enemy. so be at your best behaviour.

FOURTH,

i noticed that some of the guys who can play, all want be in kind of like the all-star team. when the team is not balanced, shuffle the team, so then everyone can play. jangan la berlagak, n nak keras kepala nak satu team jugak. and please be EARLY! so that things like unbalanced team due to people always changing team sebab ada yg datang lambat is not happening again. and if youre late LET ME KNOW!! dont make us asking among ourselves, eh siapa lagi yg belum datang. dia ni main ke tak and all.

FIFTH

if you got any dissatisfaction, spit it out here or even face to face. and don't sarcastically mock people you know they're not going to accept it. stop shouting at people. stop your bossy attitude
tolong lah fikir orang lain jugak. for me to be the host, i cant possibly nak gembirakan hati semua orang. one party complain to me then the other also complain to me, it hurts me to hear those kind of things. you're all my friends, and i dont really want to take sides. its enough that i feel guilty banning nazir and now this?

so siapa yang terasa tak payah la nak tacing sangat, take it up, man up, and improve ourselves.

i really put my efforts organizing this, so please don't screw it up.
kalau tak boleh nak ikut, tak payah main futsal aku tutup je terus. buat session lain. PRO LIAO FUTSAL SESION

oh yeah, SIXTH,

don't go frigging shoot the ball like you're playing in the field. less shooting from distance! you're no pirlo or xavi. you don't even know whether you are accurate or not. so if you donwan people to 'purposely' shoot straight into you, stop shooting blindly.
