i'm gettin this error "cannot start service on device. please disconnect then reconnect the device." when tryin to connect with kies...any idea the cause/solution?

after updating to ics, browsers always detect me as mobile. anyway to set it permanently as normal desktop view? dont want to always click "request desktop site"
