i copied from farscope post

1. Download your .zip file
2. extract the .zip to obtain the .md5 file
3. Download Odin v1.85
4. Start Odin and stand by
5. Switch your tab to download mode by pressing power + volume down, wait awhile, then press volume down again to select download mode, then press volume up to enter.
6. then press volume up to continue
7. once in download mode, connect your USB cable. u will see drivers installing. wait for it.
8. check if Odin detects your tab onot. you should see a yellow bar at the ID:COM
9. load your .md5 file into PDA column.
10 UNTICK repartition (by default it's untick), UNTICK F. Reset Time (doesn't matter ticked or not anyway)
11. HIT START
12. Wait Odin to finish its job.
13. Should get message like below:

then your tab will reboot. but u need to restart it to recovery mode to wipe data.
