Before you create a new character, can you try asking Aela to turn you back?

By the way, according the UESPWiki and my own testing, Aela will offer to turn you back into a Werewolf only once. So there's a maximum of 2 times I think you can become a Werewolf. During the initiation ritual and a second time.

I only have 1 last Dawnguard achievement - Defeat a Legendary Dragon - to get.

But apparently Legendary Dragons only spawn for Level 78+ Players.

I believe that the new old Dragonborn is actually Konahrik. You are able to get his mask in Skyrim after defeating the other 8 dragon priests.

Does the Hail Sithis! not start? Are you still stuck at the Death Incarnate quest? See the Bugs List in either page to see if it relates to your problem.

So your quest marker doesn't point to anything? You may have to try re-loading an earlier save.
