Just some stuff that i found from JPJ.

Which SC charge rm19? ANyway Senaxis memang damn chebhai wan la, my brother was telling me all the thulan stories while he servicing my car. But what to do, easiest place for me to change bump stopper.

Anyhow, how much did they charge you to re-do the alignment after changing bump stopper? I no fucuk them, ask them dont do alignment, i rather go outside do then to let them do.

any reason why u must go back SC to change gearoil ? outside kenot ?
i thought monifit = plug and play ( no need modify ??? )

Actually do ownself also can.... my brother found the way to do it without having to jack up the car already, Senaxis did it by just using a rubber hose to transfer the oil into the GB crankcase. Previously i thought need a level eye view to pour in the oil.

Hey NZH, maybe you can try this if Perancis oil still cannot fix your problem. Taken from the Evo forums:

http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=123535
Thought I'd just share this as it seems that on the IX, sometimes, second gear crunch is considered normal. Since new, sometimes the gears would refuse to go into first, had to double clutch and people think you cannot drive when at the lights and the crunch/grind into second gear was normal but intermittently. I have been meaning to adjust the clutch (nut 'n' bolt) for a long time to see if it makes a difference. Bleeding the clutch helped but the issue was still there but not as bad. Anyway, I have adjusted the bolt by 2 turns clockwise and that seems to have done the trick. Now first gear slots straight in and no more crunch or grind into second either. Makes me wonder whether these cars leave the factory with some minor issues and the dealers here just cannot be bothered to fix, althougth they say they do, or they just do not have the know-how etc.

Since new I always wondered that adjustment would sort it completely, and after doing it I thought I'd let the rest of the IX owners know

Adjustment guide:
http://www.evomoto.com/tech_info.php?tPath...970dcb9622f475b
Slide the driver seat all the way back and look at the back of the clutch pedal (flash or drop light helps!).
Adjusting the clutch pedal is very easy. Simply loosen the lock nut from the bracket connecting the push rod to the back of the clutch pedal. With the lock nut loose, the rod can be turned to move the clutch pedal higher or lower. This will in turn increase or decrease the rod travel (and hydraulic movement) and dictate "where" in the pedal the clutch engages.

For the most part, the rod can simply be turned by hand. Wiggling the clutch pedal while turning the rod can make it easier, but there is a flattened location on the rod to use an 8mm wrench if turning it by hand is not possible.

To move the rod higher and increase travel (move engagement up), turn the rod clockwise. To reduce the travel (move engagement down), turn the rod counter-clockwise.

TECH TIP: If an aftermarket clutch is installed and there is trouble getting into gears or it won't go into gear at all, the clutch is likely not being fully disengaged when the pedal is in. To overcome this, adjust the pedal higher.
