Other than the above, u r good to go.

a little bit cheapskate RM110~150

cars lover RM160 ~ 200

vroom car RM210~250

going to SIC Sepang RM290 onwards...

for me..... i go for syntium 1000, and change oil every 7~8000k

and TCSS here and there...

if you ada campro II, u will still TCSS, and PM here PM there belakang Mod..

i will always practice changing oil every 5k...bcoz always long distance travel....b4 this,my minimum mileage/month=5000km...

its depend on your feel, and what car u r driving.

my friend hardware salesman, also about 5k a month.
last time driving 1.3 satria, changing RM45 oil.

now change Sentral, he say cannot RM45 oil. now he also using cheapest fully syn, and change every 7k.

So, it's ur new car.. depends on ur decision lah.

perhaps we think too much on the oil thingy

i last time got a few colleague, never change oil one satria can drive 4 years without changing oil, but need overhau. wira is 2 years, but just FC higher and no power , after change, power came back

actually, technically, NO , fs and semi has no significant difference in engine protection...hell even mineral oil has no different in protection...........BUT HE BIG difference is how long can the HOLD their protective feature, e.g semi 7-8k intervals FS = 10-13k intervals. THATS ABOUT IT....go goggle it..........
     
well, honestly if it's ceramic brake disc...it really is safer ma..........dun bilif me go goggle it lor....porche oso using ceramic disc brake wor

err...is it ? dunno ah...go goggle it lor, all i know is ceramic disc brake works better when it's hot and work just as good when it's cold.....

where else steel disc brake when hot it will loose it's grip......

that is it's sae and weight rating ma....so i'm comparing a 5w-40 mineral,semi & fully works just as good in protection difference is the interval to change them oils.

ahem...for your info, if u do research, FS can actually last up to 13-15k b4 it looses it's protective compound, therefore changing it at 10k is still save, i not so rich and also i would like to take care of the environment ( i little bit) OF COURSE i'm saying in general for general driving,  if u redline 7k rpm all the time...then pls go change every 5k km intervals.......and again pls dun use china brand and compare when we are using general on par grades to compare ok....thank you for you cooperation.
