Not all banks will set sms alert to RM1, eg Stanchart, Citibank refused to set that despite multiple requests. Anyone manage to set sms alert to RM1 for these 2 banks?

Sure can call, but not entertained, especially foreign banks. Even written to BNM, these 2 foreign banks Stanchart and Citibank refused to accommodate.
