Submitted the OCBC SMS alert request form to change my minimum threshold and successfully received SMS for my transaction, all within one day. Kudos OCBC. It's a shame for Maybank, being one of the leading bank here, taking their customers for a ride.

How do you request, through email? Please test it asap

i only receive sms confirmation if i use for online purchasing
if on the site like swiping for petrol and groceries never receive any sms

i do hope to receive such sms as a confirmation for my usage

That would be annoying later if you're actively swiping the card.

Did you set your other cards to that low as well?

first sms received from Maybank, it was overseas transaction. I just wondering to those who email Maybank to activate this sms alert what kind of information that you provide to them? (e.g. card number, expiry date etc)

i think the extra one is for casa account. i receive one extra sms too.

have not been receiving any sms recently after using my DA cc.

from last week onwards ive been receiving sms for ALL transactions thru my maybank principal and subcards..
