I used my MBB2 VISA several times in Seoul and Taipei two weeks ago and i never received a single sms from Maybank

I sent a secured email to Citibank to request them to lower my credit card sms alert from the current RM499 to RM1 but guess what ? It is Citibank's policy that they only provide sms alert for all transaction of at least RM201
