Outstanding amount will be amount that you havent settle (previous month bill/amount), and unbilled amount will be amount you have used till today... If im not mistaken la...

The same old same old story mate....it will be boring if i repeat back....

I will cut it short to ease ur curiosity.....

Got a Line registered under my Name & IC number but Different address....

Bill came up to Rm 450.... i never knew about it at all... The particular line has been barred since no payment

After 2 years from the barred date.....i went to Digi store one day to purchase something....and they said we can't do so since you have to settle this line payment.....

Did a police report and they told me there is no such address in the first place.... dahsyat or not

OMG, something similar to me happen with maxis, yesterday night my bill was RM15.10, today at 4pm my line is barred, when i check online, my bill is RM482 ++, and i nvr used any data plan... damn these telco's

so at the end u got blacklisted due to stolen identity by digi?

Shocked Bill. Mostly happened because of using 3G Line only. despite you never logged onto internet but, just enough if you are using 3G Line you'll get a shocking bills
