both should be okay, Samsung Galaxy S2 might have higher resolution[front camera] , thus, if using for video calling[in skype also have IM, both phone has no different in IM performance] , and make video call to someone who use PC, they might need better resolution...1.3MP is still okay.., but 2.0MP is good..
