As what they have said,know your role,practice teamwork timing, and of cos mutual trusts.If you do not trust your teammate,I doubt you can actually have good teamwork

Well,full team of female players existed before. Not sure if they are still in the same team or move on to other teams but there is a lot of female dota players than you might know...=_="
