HI Everybody
I'm about to change my flooring but it's hard for me to decide whether to go with marble flooring or just regular tiles. FYI, I have budget for both ... but the question for the experts is: which of the two is better for the property value? A common sence say it should be the marble but I have no knowledge about real-estate issues! I would appreciate the help TQ |
