I am having the same problem too... sad.gif

my experience on NFC, only manage to share youtube, website. tested on photo but dunno why failed.

quote from android.com:

Android Beam for NFC-based sharing

Android Beam is an innovative, convenient feature for sharing across two NFC-enabled devices, It lets people instantly exchange favorite apps, contacts, music, videos — almost anything. It’s incredibly simple and convenient to use — there’s no menu to open, application to launch, or pairing needed. Just touch one Android-powered phone to another, then tap to send.

For sharing apps, Android Beam pushes a link to the app's details page in Android Market. On the other device, the Market app launches and loads the details page, for easy downloading of the app. Individual apps can build on Android Beam to add other types of interactions, such as passing game scores, initiating a multiplayer game or chat, and more.

not much details on the file types support, anyone know what format of music & video can support on NFC?

Quite a number of next coming ICS phones, mostly still have physical buttons. maybe other oem still want to fully utilize the screen. both have good and bad. and NFC seem like not an optional for high end phone any more, become popular.

Thanks bro smile.gif Btw I have a question. Before flashing ARHD, it says in the thread to download super wipe and flash that before flashing the rom. My question is if I use that then all my files including songs and etc will be wiped too? Is there any way to wipe without losing all the files?
*
Yes, correct; full wipe is required if you are coming from stock. better you copy all of your files to pc although full wipe should not impact to internal sd.

stock recovery or factory data reset on stock rom will WIPE ALL. otherwise, using clockworkmod is safe. it is designed as it should work like other phones. biggrin.gif

Wrong info.

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jan 24 2012, 09:01 AM)
Wrong info. It will only wipe clean the data in hidden partition where apps are installed. The viewable partition where your download data eg games data, dictionary data, maps data, backup data from titanium, mybackuppro etc will not be deleted
I have been doing such factory reset so many times and have yet to see a clean wipeout. Everything remains intact
*
this 1. +1
I had tried before too. my downloaded games data, maps data, backup data from titanium backup, appmonster, etc... still remain too.
