Thanks for the photos. Good to see some progress on this line finally.    Kelana Jaya extension has been stealing the limelight so far.

At the briefing, Shahril said the Kelana Jaya extension project, which will cost RM3 billion, will consist of 13 new stations and about 17km of rail, while the RM4 billion Ampang extension line will have 12 new stations and about 17.7km of rail.

In total, the Kelana Jaya and Ampang extension line projects will consist of 34.7km of rail with 25 stations, with RM2.54 billion and RM3.51 billion of tenders awarded respectively.

The new Kelana Jaya line will be launched in two phases, with station one to seven in phase one by March 2015 while station eight to 13 in phase two by June 2015.

On the extended Ampang line, the first four stations in phase one will be operational by March 2015, and the next nine stations in phase two by July 2015.
