I KNEW IT!!!!!!!  Yiu go ask around, almost all aged Shawie got the same problem I tried ask my magician, figured the thermostat could be the culprit. I have not decide to remove it as I do not wish to jeopardize the cold start emission control, neither I want to spend money for replacement due to expansive price. I put in a brand spanking new external fan infront of cooling condenser Plobrem solved
