owner sifu sendiri service own car. you should learn how to service your own car.

jerking second gear: service body throttle at joining air filter box.
jerking when slow down: service grid teaching by proton service workshop computer connecting.

charge : RM20 to RM30 service body throttle.
charge : RM65 to RM75 computer connecting service

7 bucks 4 pieces if not mistaken. Forgot ady yawn.gif

rclxms.gif 7 buck for 4 pcs is over cheapest.

hmm.gif if you talking changing gear jerking of AMT, couldn't done, kecuali you change twin clutch.
icon_idea.gif if you done like service body throttle, you cut the vacuum hose from oil tank then separate air filter box,
brows.gif if you done like engine dirty because the dust and rain water go into engine, you adjust bonnet center screw nut little bit for close lapat.

after done... you check and see your engine no dust and no water go into TDC sensor and Body Throttle.

sweat.gif careful when wash car done like water go into engine. very sensitive same like volkswagoon engine Polo, Golf car..... whistling.gif

My 2008 Savvy AMT encountered a problem with the AMT this morning.

The transmission light on the dashboard flashes yellow and I can't engage 'D'.

I can only engage gears 1,2,3,4,5 and R manually.

It drives normally but I lost the auto 'D' function.

Since the car is out of warranty, where can I get this problem fixed?

I stay at Bandar Sungai Long near Kajang.

Thanks for helping out. smile.gif

Where is the oil sensor located and how do I clean it?
*
u remember car savvy AMT have two electronic boards. injection board and AMT board.
savvy MT have one board. injection board only.
AMT board control auto gear. if any shock circuit AMT board cut off and indicator auto lamp on and cut off speed meter.
new car design no more use cable wire speed meter.
car onwards use electronic control speed meter.
you won't believes me, is up to you.

I believe it should be somewhere near crankshaft? If that's the case, I think DIY will be a hassle as well. Party bcoz the back of D4F is exhaust, parts over there will be too hot. Other than that, I believe its inaccessible from top as there's very limited space.
*
cry.gif no no no not the exhaust sensor CO2. this sensor is osigen sensor.

nod.gif near oil tank upper. you look at engine behind got one sensor. i call it oil sensor,
you try snap photo, so every know sensor located.
