Can, but if u take 0w-30 engine oil, make sure u service ur car every 5k. Lower viscosity oil may cause higher wear rate on engine internal vital parts, so u may wanna keep an eye on that. My suggestion is try using Castrol Magnatec first, & feel the difference urself before going Edge. Different engine oil may be made differently and have different additives in them.

Never buy things based on the free gift. It is 40 weighted fully syn oil. Should be alright because lots of people here also using 40 weighted oil.

Free gifts.. Never knew these promotions actually work & leave such a big impact on customers, until they're willing to push aside better products just to make way for the free gifts..

If u wanna get free gifts, might as well like Cavino said, go for something else that's 100% certified better than Synthium by members here and cheaper, then use the savings to buy what u like instead. At least u can choose ur 'free gifts' that way, not just stuck with typical gifts like umbrella & mugs.

Maybe because u haven't tried other engine oil? Try magnatec once & U'll knw the difference, feel the savings & lower noise & vibrations from engine...
see. Means 100% no good review la.

6 x minimum 5k OCI equals 30K mileage. 1 year plus no need to buy engine oil.

What mileage u gonna service for? Extractor? 

The problem with castrol products are there are lots of fakes outside. Lots of spare parts shops carries fakes and lots of then can't even differentiate the fakes and the real themselves.

Lubes like havoline, idemitsu, syntium, etc have very little or no fakes as they are not widely available outside and only available on selected channels or shops such as petrol stations, etc.

PE of cos going to stop production lah.. I dont think they are going to maintain it.. They are going to replace the PE..

Standard replacement would be DIN55R.. But I would recommend using NS70 as its much bigger capacity and cheaper cos most of the sushi car uses that size.. Furthermore NS70 has been proven to be way more reliable than DIN series..
