Check for bubble. Workmanship is avg at best. Watch out for the rear tint. If bubble ever appear later in the car life, tearing it out might take out the rear demister as well. Demister cannot be replace. Have to change the entire rear windscreen for that. That is why I always advice to invest the best tint for the rear windscreen as it should last the life of the car.Original tint had a reputation for forming bubble in later of its life. Workmanship matter a lot for installation of any tint for that matter.

Why bulk this lube? Is it that good? I would go for idemitsu, eneos, caltex havoline or even edge for that matter since they have some pretty positive response from forumer here. I myself would probably try out havoline semi or fs later. If I didn't go for idemitsu.

Even cose only got up to syn1000 only. And taught only got w50 weighted. If I were to use syn5000, may as well use idemitsu, cheaper by rm50, since I got source outside.

The problem with castrol products are there are lots of fakes outside. Lots of spare parts shops carries fakes and lots of then can't even differentiate the fakes and the real themselves.

Lubes like havoline, idemitsu, syntium, etc have very little or no fakes as they are not widely available outside and only available on selected channels or shops such as petrol stations, etc.

IAFM+ has better torque and fc than our 1st gen IAFM. Thats already trumped the decrement of 2HP. However its paired with CVT drivetrain that by itself was very efficient in FC and torque increment. So how much better is IAFM+, as we can't differentiate how much of the torque increment and fc reduction belongs to the CVT drivetrain and how much belongs to IAFM+.

As with all Proton production, I will wait abt 2 years to decide to switch or not. The defect detection and correction along with fine tuning improvement of proton usually takes abt a year or 2 to rectify and come it a model that is more refined like the Persona --> PE. You can bet there's going to be something that goes a bit kooky for the first year car...

At 75K, its nearing City and Vios range although both have lower specs than premium Tuah, the build quality can garantee to be a notch above. Still premium H-Line car is more than 15K above the current PE H-Line. I think I will live with my PE for now coz if I goes for a 75K car, I prob will go for something that last longer than Proton, a car that produce quack quack sound when new....heck even my 6 years old City even less noise than this new car...

Some more "mom" buying swift for sister....darn we're a generation apart...I have to take public transportation quite some years b4 I save enuf to buy a 2nd hand iswara in my early days.

I still remember the last time my sis ask her daughter (my niece), what car she would like when she get her first car, be practical tho...she said "mmmm, I think Civic is quite ok....so so but quite nice".....errr....hello, even you uncle can only afford a city and could only afford a civic after YEARS of working and you wanted a civic for your first car....darn...

It all comes down to built quality issue, otherwise even PE is consider a good car albeit a bit makan minyak punya engine. If Proton could produce consistently build quality that match honda and toyota lower end range, it would not be staying a the bottom for long. Lets see if Tuah actually can match those built quality or not.

Most ppl at his age without having to feed his family, etc, won't really bother if rugi or not....just "song" can already. Wait till have own family and limited budget....got money also go buy the best milk powder, enter the best kindergarten, etc, if got extra money left only can consider doing bits of upgrade here and there...if ever coz wife will nag one...

Brake dust. Lots of it. Luckily H-Line front and rear also disc brake, so all 4 wheels becomes grayish with dust after a short while, just treat as gunmetal color when car is running. Those M and B-line, not so nice coz front wheel color gray while the rear is still silver...

I never like do to something without the performance to backup with. Whenever I hear vrooom vroom hard from a car beside me, damn yeng with their racer like bodykit,....then when start accelerating, they come out like turtle, I always ended up shaking my head and laughing....all show, no isi.....

Just now a crane just drop from the top of a building next to Menara Citibank. Totaled a wira and badly damaged a Lexus RX350 or 270 (rear roor, body kemek here and there). Now rumors says someone die, a moving car, white one but I saw only the white RX parked there, I doubt anyone is in it coz the police is standing around lepak, don't see any body UNLESS there is someone in the wira or the back of Lexus. Hope the rumor does not turn out to be true.
