Yes u can bro. It's seriously up to u. The only thing u have to know is that weight gainer is almost twice the price of a serving in normal protein blend or whey protein where the protein is equivalent. The only thing good bout weight gainer is that they have more carbs and fats. If u do not exercise regularly, most gains will be on ur belly. I tried dymatize elite mass gainer and I have gained more than 5 kg and because I was really skinny therefore not much fats are gained. However, I have a bigger waist and belly now so in the end, if i really want to look good, I would have to trim it down anyway. So it's up to u smile.gif Anyway, imho natural food is always better than supplement, it's called supplement for a reason. Therefore adding natural food into protein blend would be the better for me right now as u spend lesser but get almost the same amount of energy in the weight gainer, however u are consuming natural food and a lil of whey protein powder. What do u think?

but my metabolism rate is a bit high....
im eating like a zombie now for almost 3 weeks. but manage to grow 3kg

so right now,, im planing to take 12lbs optimum Nutrition Serious Mass... is it ok?...
p/s :i never experience bloating belly in my life.....im kind of worry if take weight gain it will cause this.

.. some of my friend and forumer, said if i take protein whey, its kinda hard for me...to grow my body.
is it enough for me, to add whey+peanut butter+oat?? and i dont take any weight gain.

and weight gain also contain a little bit protein...no?

Then u follow my footsteps la bro. Get the serious mass first, finish it then see how it goes smile.gif Weight gainer contains high amount of protein as well. Like dymatize elite mass, 4 scoops is 600 kcals wit 50g protein, but normally I take only 2 scoops as 4 scoops which is a serving is RM9 bucks! I can drink it within 15 seconds, imagine swallow RM9 in 15 seconds, very pain LOL ~~~ But it will definitely help in gaining weight, make sure u exercise regularly. Exercise make sure it's intense, dun go gym main main k .. Those are for small boys smile.gif

you getting enough sleep? maybe try to eat more often to stave away glucagon and keep the insulin pumping.

3kg over 3 weeks is very good loooo.

weight gain will not make you get bloating belly, it will make you get fats around your belly, the things that makes weight gainer gives so much calorie is sugar, given 1g sugar gives 1g carbs, and each grams of carbs gives 4 calorie, your weight gain gives 1.8k calories, minus calories from protein and fat, it will be about 1.6k, 1.6k devide by 4 is 400, 400grams of carbs = 400grams of sugar.... thats alot sweat.gif
