It's easy to prepare, u just need a blender and u can get everything ready a night before ur work. If u have fridge in ur work place, u can put ur bottle in so it's chilled when u drink it, might not taste so weird assuming u mix a lot of things inside LOL! Try from small amount to bigger amount to see which amount suits ur tummy the most. Sometimes will *LAO SAI* one, i'm not kidding.
