I've jailbroken 4 ip4 and all went smoothly. U r using redsnow right? Y don't u try the latest b5 version?

U follow through the steps to dfu mode etc right?

YES if u follow redsnow instruction. The phone must be plugged into the computer and OFF.

Then only proceed to run the JB. U need to go into dfu mode and first message u see in redsnow is "exploiting with limera1n"

@pcm123, why don't you try flash 5.0.1 firmware again and rejailbreak. it helps most of the time biggrin.gif
