QUOTE(reevephon @ Jan 21 2012, 10:30 PM) Does anyone has tried the My3G from Cydia? I heard it's very good to save more battery for our iPhone as when you lock your phone it will turn your 3G to 2G and when you unlock your phone then it will immediately back to 3G. Do you guys think that this can make our iPhone to have more battery life? just use SBsettings, that one can toggle on 3G to 2G completelyAdded on January 21, 2012, 10:32 pm QUOTE(kahjye @ Jan 21 2012, 10:31 PM) yeah dude, link and method herehttp://blog.iphone-dev.org/post/1616290593...ly-ready-to-pop This post has been edited by andrewyulm: Jan 21 2012, 10:32 PM |

QUOTE(azraeil @ Feb 1 2012, 12:48 PM) If you are having signal problems and you are using a factory unlocked set, then just go ahead and do a fresh restore to 5.0.1 using the Shift + restore method (download the firmware for your iPhone first -- Link can be found in Post #1) and then jailbreak. The baseband should be upgraded to the latest version. can't seem to update, at least not from cydia, it keeps telling to do it manually hahaAdded on February 1, 2012, 12:53 pmCorona version 1.0.6 has been released. Saurik advises all to update http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=19677 dammit, now need to go search for how to do it manually edit: ops, it's all good, just refreshed and done already. works through cydia haha my bad This post has been edited by andrewyulm: Feb 1 2012, 06:04 PM |

QUOTE(azraeil @ Feb 2 2012, 01:08 AM) I am going to re-jailbreak my wife's iPhone 4 so I will be running the latest redsn0w on the Mac to see where the button for selecting the IPSW is. once a phone is jailbroken, you can re-jailbreak it immediately? don't need to go through the process of restoring to a non-jailbroken state is it?You downloaded the IPSW from the link in iClarified right? btw for those who have yet to jailbreak but want to, the latest absinthe version is out, v0.4 http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=19702 |

QUOTE(azraeil @ Feb 3 2012, 01:40 AM) Guys, please give proper advise. If you jailbreak an iPhone 4 via redsnow or corona, you DO NOT need to restore back your iPhone to stock firmware if you need to run the updated redsnow or corona, Just run redsnow to re-jailbreak and make sure you do not tick the install Cydia. ahaha thanks az, i was waiting for your reply before doing anything actually For the 4s, the latest version was released to enable those on OS 10.5.x running on PPC processor to be able to run it. It is also to solve some of the crashes that occurs on some system. So if you have successfully jailbroken via absinthe before, you do not need to run the jailbreak again. |

hey guys, i'm not sure if i'm in the right thread here, because i can't seem to find a right thread for this, it's not really screenshot and it's also not top 4 favourite cydia apps, i wanted to know is there an app where i can put my calendar items to my lockscreen? currently it's only in my notification centre by default, but i'd really like it to be on my lock screen as well, any apps for that? and also sorry if i'm asking in the wrong thread =\

woahhh something weird is happening to my iphone
4s, 5.0.1 (9A406) jailbroken with absinthe has been fine and all, but i used it until the battery died, i connected to my computer to charge, and it charged awhile and then the iphone came back to life, but the moment it turned back on, it kept on respringing from the lock screen to the loading circle back to lock screen then loading circle, it keeps on doing that now this happened once to me before, and i did a hard reset, and it was okay after that, but it's happening again, and this time hard reset isnt helping, any idea what i should do now? it's still doing it right as of this moment, respringing to the lock screen then going to loadin screen then lock screen then loading screen arrghhhhhh |
