Sorry to ask but wat is a Shift+Restore? I m planning to JB my 4s and think that i shud back up my phone as said by azraeil.. JB the phone as fresh set.. sorry for noob question.. newbie here..

juz search it on the web.. the ipsw file is the firmware for the iphone rite? do i need to get it from anywhere or it is inside the itune already?

Juz finish downloading the ipsw file.. 800Mb.. Sadly, I cant put the phone in DFU mode.. Tried for 10 plus time d..

Hi all, according to my limited knowledge on JB, the Jb process shud not be disturb or else quite some work need to be done to restore the process.. Shud I or can I jb my 4s with sim removed or in airplane mode? Worry that call or msg may come in during JB process.. Or does it matters?

Hi all, I just encounter my first crash after JB. The winter board crash as i try to activate the graviboard.. After that the phone reboot and my phone icon dissappear.. I was charging on laptop usb that time and when i remove the charger the phone appear again.. gosh, luckily i got back the phone icon.. Is 4s so unstable after JB?
