meal intake ar, everday also vege and fish lor, also got chicken either meat,
if got chicken thn no meat, by meat i mean pig, me buddism no most of them no eat beef 1,
but me still got eat lar, will not eat at home in front of the Buddhist.
whn tat time my grandparents was alive, we seldom eat chicken or meat, mostly is fish and vege,
after each meal me will eat fruit also, mostly orange, bcauz me like orange
each morning will eat oatmeal, milo+milk, biscuit,
each night will eat baskin robbins and soft drink, bcauz me addicted

, including each time me watch tv,
each day will take multivitamins supplements too.
but now me study elsewhere mostly eat junk food, only weekends will back hometown eat good food
workout routine, ermm actually me dono how to tell u, bcauz i dono the name of exercise and machine i used,
most of the time me do wat my trainer told me, since so many ppl pm asking me next time
if me free will take video of me doing exercise,and let u guys c.
most of the time me start from light cradio > workout > cardio.
