QUOTE(timothyy @ Feb 29 2012, 10:45 AM) Easy... If you can follow this... Stage 1 Eat only egg, fish, mutton/lamb, beef for a whole week. If possible 10 days. Only drink water. No coffee, tea, milk or whatever. Water only. If you skip a day. Start counting "day 1" again. Once complete 7 days-10days, go stage 2. Stage 2 Introduce green apple and guava into your above diet for another week. Means... egg, fish, mutton, beef, green apple, guava. If fail, go back to stage 1. Stage 3 Introduce green veggie like kangkong, lettuce, bayam for 2 weeks. But not cauliflower, pumpkin, tomato, brocolli and etc similar veggie. After this... You can intro carbo (bread, noodle, rice, potato, pasta), sweeten drink, into diet but make sure you minimize it. Avoid carbo food at any chance especially at night. Refrain Junk food, fried food, carbo rich food. Guarantee you will lose weight through this method. Anyway, for stage 1-3... u are allowed to eat as much as you want. Take less = lower metabolism = not good. After 4-6 months, you will reach a plateau. Where your weight will remain unchange. That is the time where you need to intensify your workout to lose more weight. Anyway... overall, Carbo is main killer to our weight gain. And especially on our tummy. You will note that your tummy extra big after Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year and whatever occasion you have. Happy Dieting. split 1 meal to few smaller meal it help bcos our digest system need calories to run |

QUOTE(dec21st @ Mar 18 2012, 04:59 PM) Fellow sifus... Scale50 should be 4k at bikepro Looking to start mountain-biking again. Where can I get the best deals for Scott Scale. I was previously looking at the Scale 50 in Bike Pro and Scott (Dsara Perdana). Have not gotten down to negotiations so not too sure which to choose. What do you all think? |
