You can learn it from here...
http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help

Try it, if you didn't get satisfactory results... Then send to LBS for a tune up. They'll still charge you the same, even after your cockup. Unless you break something

Hi Firdaus,
At 105kg (approx 230lbs) both the Blur-LT Aluminum and the Blur-LT Carbon
would be fine.
In opposition to your general perception, we actually do recommend the
Carbon version over the Aluminum for bigger/heavier riders.
The Carbon version is actually stiffer (Laterally and Torsionally) and has a
higher ultimate strength than the Aluminum version. The weight saving is an
added bonus.

Here are the details for both to compare -

2012 Blur-LT2 Carbon frame details
*Full Carbon frame with one piece lay-up
*140mm rear wheel travel
*VPP multi pivot frame design
*Recommended/Compatible with fork sizes 140 to 160mm (*Tapered)
*Recommended rear max tire size 2.5"
*Disc brake specific design, rotors up to 185mm
*Frame weight with Fox RP23 Air rear shock - Approx 6.0lbs

2012 Blur-LT2 Aluminum frame details -
*140mm rear wheel travel
*VPP multi pivot frame design
*Recommended/Compatible with fork sizes 140 to 160mm (*Tapered)
*Recommended rear max tire size 2.5"
*Disc brake specific design, rotors up to 203mm
*ISCG-05 chainguide mount
*Frame weight with Fox RP23 Air rear shock - Approx 6.6lbs

Thanks for your interest in Santa Cruz, and let me know if you have any
other questions.

They don't have much complaint because a lot of money is involved. rolleyes.gif
If someone buys an Ascari A10, surely they'll say their car is faster than a Ferrari. You get what I mean? smile.gif
