Fellow sifus...
Looking to start mountain-biking again. Where can I get the best deals for Scott Scale. I was previously looking at the Scale 50 in Bike Pro and Scott (Dsara Perdana). Have not gotten down to negotiations so not too sure which to choose. What do you all think? |

Had my maiden offload ride at RRI today, only 6km short rode as my fitness level is darn poor.
The sour muscle thingy (lactate threshold) is the biggest issue. Also had some cramp at my hip at end of the ride. I think my seat post is too low...... Is it true tat the leg at the lowest pedal point would need to be straight? A bit tip toe? Not only leg cramp, going down hill finger also cramp as pressing brake too much  Really no much confident in running down hill too much, seems am too far from the ground. Okie.... Going ride taman now. |
