short bar easier to climb but too sensitive so may cause handling issue.
Long bar stable but harder to climb.

The optimize bar climb length is 5-10% of the rider's shoulder wide.
It get more stable if you increase the length until the too wide for comfort length.

For stem, shorter for more responsive and more upright position thus more dif to climb.
Longer stem is better for climb but less responsive.

general rules of road cycling:-

-you avoid others; not let others avoid u..
-try not to ride on busy rd.
federal, mrr2 = busy
mex, kesas bike lane = ok
