Hi expert here, Astro IPTV user here, but Astro still working, internet no longer.

My hand itchy the other day after buying a new AppleTV 3, want to put in VPN unblock-us DNS to for router but forgot id/pw to router, so itchy hand reset the Cisco E1000 router to default so tot can set the DNS after getting back the admin/admin id.

Can set up wifi back no prob, also put in the DNS. But the internet dropped.

Initially forgot to put back to PPPoE, and the user id/password. Now even put back correctly the user id/password for AstroIPTV, still cannot connect to the internet. do I need to put anything in hostname etc?

Have I not done anything step?

1) I have unplug all cable, blow clean the fibre optic, shut off and turn on again all hardware. Astro works fine, meaning the fibre optic should work fine, but still cannot connect to internet.

I can see my own dedicated static ip from the time.net.my selfcare page, kept saying not connected.

Please help.
