This is a FTTH installation - even for high rise building!!. Unlike UNIFI, there is no VSDLv2 for high rise. As Time slogan says it's 100% fibre!! So, be prepared for minor drilling and fibre cable running from the floor riser closet into your living room.
The fibre optic cable terminates straight into the Huawei EchoLife HG850a (same model as UNIFI). There are no intermediary termination boxes (internal and external) like the ones use for UNIFI. Maybe, Time wanted to save on equipment cost
Personally I don't see any benefit of having so many termination boxes. Maybe, it is for clear demarcation of responsibility or for easy troubleshooting or replacement of any broken fibre cables inside your home.
Anyway, the activation was a breeze. Just use PPPoE on your WiFi router or Laptop to establish the WAN link to TIME. No complicated VLAN setting like UNIFI.
I use a cheap TP-link WR740N router ($49) flashed with DD-WRT for the PPPoE WAN connection and also as an AP
