Hi guys, I just started renting an apartment in Pantai Hillpark, KL, and I know the previous tenant was using TIME Fibre internet. Was going to register for TIME as well but then at the last page of the online registration I was shocked to see a crazy RM945 "special building requirement fee" I had to pay.
Previous tenant said they didn't have to pay for that, and besides, if the fibre is already linked to that unit... surely TIME can waive right?
Is this something I have to talk to a distributor/customer service officer about? Because if have to pay RM945 for something I don't think is necessary crazy lah I'd rather go to some other operator.
Anybody have any ideas?
