Hi jjj2,
I was having problem with the e1000 wifi router so I decided to change it using asus RT-N12 wifi router. During setup it prompted for the account name and password from the ISP. Tried call8ng astro byond but the password they provided is still invalid. Is the account name and password same for all? Thanks in advance

Hi Bro,

Are you referring to router admin login credentials ?

For Asus RT N12 & Cisco E1000, default username and password is 'admin'.

For your Astro IPTV, the username is something 'xxxxx@astroiptv', password is 'xxxxxx'.
It shld be written on the work completion worksheet(we call docket) that you signed after the Installer completed the Installation.

Pls feel free to buzz me if you need further help.

Thanks & happy merdeka smile.gif

Hi guys,

Anyone here using Time Fibre >15M? Could you help to do speedtest to a US server here (http://198.61.184.220:8080/speedtest/index-php.html), would like to know if Time Fibre has good connection to US to decide whether to switch from Unifi. Speedtest screenshot is much appreciated, and please indicate your package speed. Thanks alot.

Thank you to @yeapch01 for his fast work. First to install TIME Fiber in my condo.

The contractor even came earlier than schedule. Appointment was on Monday(19/8) he came 2 days earlier on Saturday(17/8) very friendly bunch. Did a good job of drilling and sealing back the hole.

Maybe cos it's not peak hours in US at the moment so the networks have less traffic.

Thanks alot bro Kobian. Great speed there rclxms.gif , looks like it is wiser to switch from Unifi to Time instead of upgrading the current Unifi.
