Anyone experience the same thing? Can we change our Unifi password? Only way to change your password is to call up the Unifi center. They don't allow users to change coz password is stored in modem as well. Later if change password, then password in modem not the same de and can't connect anoymore

The unit spoilt and stuck at the HYPPTV screen and does nothing after that. Unifi Technician came and told me I had to get a replacement for RM300 for the IPTV Set Top Box as it was out of warranty period. Bloody expensive for a equipment like that, so wondering if there's any alternatives for it? Did u try to call the Unifi helpdesk? I'm sure TM will replace it with a little convincing.
