Hey guys,is there any way to make them reset my high speed broadband password? the option is greyed out in the occ page.My sister lent her laptop to her friend without clearing history.== And i think it is only right that we are allowed to request a password reset when our privacy is at stake.

I just called them .They told me that the high speed internet account cannot be resetted.Even after i explained everything so precisely to them,that my account's privacy is at risk of being jeopardized.They keep telling me that it cannot be done.They did tell me that the account is locked to my port and location etc etc though. Can anyone confirm this for me? I don't want to have to call them again.
