I want to ask..If I want to terminate UNIFI, can i just stop paying the bill rather than terminating it and paying massive RM 500?

Anyone experienced this before:?
Registered online on 27/01/12 through TM Website..Next day received installation slot date which was 21/02/12  Today I called UniFi and requested to get earlier date and they gave me 02/02/12 which is on this Thursday  Didn't expect that as I read most of UniFi subscribers have to wait at least a month or so for installation slot.. |
