Just had my Unifi installed 5min agos Anyway i would like to ask why my destop speed is so slow like capped compare to my laptop which is using wireless???? My speed test download speed hardly exceed 0.8mbps comparing my laptop easily reach 4.93mbps. Ur help and opinion is appreciated. Thanks

Nope PJ area. My laptop speed is not affected at all. Browsing and downloading @ blazing fast speed only my destop which using lan cable connect is freaking slow. It is some setting problem ???? Thanks 4 ur help .

Any solution for my case??? I cant download using my desktop which using lan cable as it hardly exceed 30kb when downloading comparing all my other devices which using wifi such as my macbook can exceed 450kb++ when downloading. Only my desktop have such problem, is there a setting i can tweak?? Its like my desktop speed been capped to less than 100kb. Thanks in advance ur help is appreciated.

Nop just bought it last year. Using core i7 and etc etc I dun think its related to my destop hardware more to the setting limited by either the modem or my pc. Cause I did several tests my macbook can load 1080p video silky smooth while my desktop is lagging like h3ll something like 1mb streamyx & the speedtest result big different also. My macbook using wifi can hit 4.93mb dl speed comparing my desktop 0.86mb dl speed. Thanks

Anyway now I am using 2nd option which using a USB wifi adapter and now my desktop speed is finally blazing fast but its not a long term solution though cause this wifi adapter belongs to my brother . Hey guys just now i check back the unifi service acceptance form there stated external fibre meter 36m and internal fibre length 16m. Its slightly over 1m for the internal fibre length but they did not charge me on the additional equipment or services there. Will they bill me for that 1m extra for internal fibre length???

Hey guys did u all experience this situation b4?? I on my TV today and press 100 to browse through hypptv menu and it works perfectly with sound and image playing but when i press enter to one of the channel it only show me black screen with nothing broadcasting or any error message. Any idea wats happening??? Thanks alot
