Anyone has experience with using external VOIP units connected to the DIR615? Have a Singapore number here but unable to call out. Phone has the tone though so it's working but can't call out.

Got my first bill today and they didn't give me the free 1 month like advertised. The TM Personnel asked me to pay full and they will rebate me with the waiver in the future months.
