We would like to highlight that due to this ongoing system upgrading exercise, we have temporarily deactivated our TM UniFi Infoblast (Short Message Service - SMS service). To reactivate the service, we require customers to change their UniFi Infoblast password. Please log on to www.infoblast.com.my to reset the password for your UniFi Infoblast account.
Customers are also requested to change their UniFi e-mail account (aaa@unifi.my) password to ensure the security of their accounts. Please visit TM MyUniFi Customer Portal at https://occ.unifi.my under FAQ section for the step-by-step guide on how to reset your UniFi e-mail account password. You need to have a registered myUniFi account in order to view the guide and reset your e-mail account password.
